Peter and Monique Tippett have been Dwellingup locals for the last 20 years. Peter works for the local Parks and Wildlife service and Monique is a professional and respected contemporary artist. They live on a rural property 5 minutes east of town and are available to help with any enquiries or issues you may have. They opened the adjoining Lost Eden Creative gallery and garden cafe in 2019, showing the work of emerging and established West Australian contemporay artists in a program of 4 week long group and solo exhibitions.

Dwellingup is a cute little town in the jarrah forest of southwest Western Australia. It is a popular destination for many outdoor activities, surrounded by hiking and biking trails, and only 9km from Lane Poole Reserve, a protected area of wilderness that includes the Murray River, ideal for swimming, picnics and a gentle canoe trip or a more exhilirating kayak adventure further downstream when winter rains bring the white water.
