Welcome to a fully self-contained haven, complete with its own well-appointed kitchen, a serene bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed, a bathroom boasting a refreshing shower and toilet, and a cozy lounge area adorned with a comfortable couch. For those accompanied by little ones, a convenient portacot awaits. WIFI is also offered to guests. Please note this is a unit, and the owner lives on-site in his home at the front. The owner is lovely, respectful and will not interfere with your stay at all unless requested. Tailored to accommodate two adults and a child, this unit epitomizes the ideal golf-side retreat, a place where you can savour your holiday to the fullest while basking in pure relaxation. Unfortunately, the home does not have an oven or stove, but it does have a BBQ, Air Fryer and Electric Fry Pan that is available for use. There is a security camera that is located at the front of the home facing the driveway and front yard. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited. The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area, this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions.
