Nestled overlooking Kiama on the picturesque NSW South Coast, Greyleigh is a uniquely beautiful property set on 200 private acres immersed in nature, centuries of local history, and the finest modern luxuries just two hours south of Sydney. Once a renowned dairy farm in the 1800’s, now a premier destination for holidays, weekend adventures, events and live music. Greyleigh is tucked away behind beautiful corrugated iron gates, in a lush pocket of green hills rolling towards the Pacific Ocean. As you move through the property you will find citrus trees, herb gardens, century old silos and stoned walls, wildlife and farm animals. Enjoy exclusive use of the whole property, as you read a book by the Pool Cabana, have a rejuvenating treatment in the Spa room or make gourmet pizzas together in the outdoor woodfire oven — Greyleigh offers it all for a soulful getaway or a memorable event. Enchanted gardens, expansive outdoor spaces with views of the undulating hills and historic indoor spaces trimmed with decadence – there is no place quite like it. Greyleigh's total accommodation sleeps 18 guests and at a reduce rate can sleep 12 between the two homes. Homestead offers – 12 guests with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (1 ensuite) – Bedroom 1 offers a queen bed - Bedroom 2 offers a King or two singles – Bedroom 3 offers three bunk beds and a small living area (this area can be closed for a reduced rate, sleeping just 12 guests). – Bedroom 4 known as The Loft, offers a King four poster bed Guest House offers – 6 guests, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite) – Bedroom 1 features a King bed (or seperated as two singles) – Bedroom 2 features a Queen bed and an ensuite – Bedroom 3 features a Queen bed.
