There is also a building boom going on throughout Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighborhood however if there is work being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

The lift replacement project will be commencing on Monday 20th May, both lifts will be out of service for the initial 2-3 weeks. After that, they will be working on one lift at a time for 24 weeks.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

A damage deposit of AUD 1,000 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
