We may or may not have a tenant or perhaps other short-term accommodation guests in room 2 at the same time as your stay, therefore the bathroom and lounge room downstairs you should consider to be SHARED. If that is not to your liking we have a self-contained 2-bedroom cabin also listed on here (for a higher price). The room has air conditioning and a fan. Honey bee-themed. We operate a mead business (wine made from honey) on site, the front of the house is a shop (see photos). We live upstairs and will usually be home if you need help with anything. We have 2 rooms side by side. This listing is for room 1 only. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, kettle, plates, bowls, glasses, knives forks & a microwave but otherwise, NO additional cooking facilities such as a stove or oven are included. We prefer you don't wear shoes inside as at times there can be bindis on the grass outside which can easily be trampled into the house. We have 2 pet cats. Regarding reviews, two categories it will ask for ratings on that particularly annoy me is 'location' and 'value for money' both of which can be determined before booking. If you don't feel this listing is in a good location or value for money, don't book it. If there's a legitimate problem during a stay (hasn't happened yet) I have no issue with less than 10/10 review but these two categories specifically annoy me and in my opinion should be removed from the review system on here.

My wife, Angelica, and I live upstairs. We have 2 cats that mostly stay upstairs. We run a meadery here on site, we sell honey and wine made from honey. There are beehives on the property, approximately 100m away from the house.
