My name is Leah Justyce. I am an international selling artist, represented by Van Gogh gallery in Spain. I am an entrepreneur with a Bachelor of Fine Art and a double Degree in Criminology and Psychological Science. I am the owner of Ballarat Holiday Homes where I create unique vacation rentals in the Ballarat region. I am a member of Ballarat Regional Tourism and some of my listings are up on Visit Victoria websites. I believe that guests want an experience when they choose one of my accommodations so I create little worlds that the house design and area it self gives me inspiration to set them up how I do. Each one is as individual as we all are. I know I can not make everyone happy but at least I can try to give guests a space that may be a positive memory in their lifetime. Spend your time in Ballarat in warmth and comfort at Hopetoun Cottage. Located within minutes from Ballarat CBD and on the Melbourne side of town. A perfect place to book for 1-6 guests. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is modern with all the amenities to make your stay complete, all you need to supply are your food and drinks. There is lots of free parking on the property and a yard for the kids to run around. Hopetoun Cottage is a brand new build of entire inside of the house. It was gutted to just the beams inside and rebuilt so is now a stylish and modern take on Ballarats famous cottages. Park under the carport and enter via the door just near it. Step up two steps and be under the bullnosed verandah where you will see a glass door. Entering here is right in the loungeroom, as you step in you can also see the kitchen and the door to the laundry. There is a 6 seater modular lounge to watch TV on and beside that is a little outdoor glass table and two chairs. Guests are welcome to take them outside during their stay. As you walk towards the kitchen you will see the dining table with 4 chairs to the left and 2 bar stools at the kitchen bench to seat 6 people all up. There is a high chair provided all of the time here too. To the right is the hallway and as you walk down on the first left hand side is the toilet and main bathroom. This has a full free standing bath and shower. The second door on the left is the main bedroom with a queen bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite with a large shower, toilet and sink. The first room on the left down the hallway has 2 single beds and a built in wardrobe. There is a portacot always at this property too in this rooms cupboard. The next room is the other queen sized bed with a built in robe. All rooms have sunblock blinds.
