We ask guests to be respectful in regards to noise at all times as the house is in a typical residential street, with no outside noise permitted after 10pm. -The house has a strict 10 guest maximum - CCTV does cover the entrance of the property and we are able to check guest numbers if we feel the need.

Joe has renovated our homes himself, whilst I have designed a cosy and beautiful space for our guests to stay in. The house is just a few minutes from the main centre of Cessnock. The nearest winery is just 7 minutes drive away and it is just 13 minutes to the Hunter Valley Gardens and the main centre of the Hunter. There is plenty of parking. There is a double driveway, and plenty of parking directly in front of the house.
