The Iluka Villa complex is right on the Clarence River, where you can also enjoy the large swimming pool, BBQ, waterfront summer house, private jetty and your own boat ramp. The ferry to Yamba and river cruises leave from the Boatshed only two doors up from the Villas. There is ample parking and space for your boat as well. There is a shared laundry area for the units. Unit 10 is a two bedroom unit and is also air conditioned. It is peacefully located at the far end of the property separate to the main block of Villas. - Accommodates up to 4 guests - 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath, 2 Car - Linen NOT provided (Please bring flat and fitted bed sheets, pillow slips and towels. Blankets, doonas and covers, mattress and pillow protectors & pillows are supplied) Linen Hire Available through Coastal Cleaning Services - Sorry no pets Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: 2 x Singles Terms and Conditions: Schoolies, bucks or hens groups are not suitable for this property.
