The property is located within walking distance to the Starplex Centre which has an indoor swimming pool, gymnasium and cafe. The Gawler Green shopping centre is less than 5 minutes drive and has a Pharmacy, Coles, Butcher, Liquorland, Hairdresser and Newsagency. There is also a number of takeaway food outlets as well as a fabulous Italian restaurant/cafe called SIA Cafe. There is also the Vadoulis Garden Centre opposite the Gawler Race Course - which has a wonderful cafe open for breakfast and light lunches.
