Upstairs you will love the large, light filled open plan living area featuring polished floorboards, stereo with phone connection, 8 seater dining setting and reverse cycle heating/cooling. French doors lead out to our large outdoor deck. Enjoy a barbeque or cocktail on the deck with family and friends as you watch the sun set over the bay. Surrounded by mature native trees which attract an abundance of native birds, you will feel like you are in a tree house. A selection of books, CDs, DVDs, games, table tennis table and X-box have been provided for your entertainment. The house has a modern kitchen with all your at home conveniences such as dishwasher, microwave, sandwich toaster and coffee machine. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, ensuite bathroom and walk in robe. There are three further bedrooms, a family bathroom with shower over bath and separate toilet. Mount Martha is only 1 hours drive from the Melbourne CBD but you will feel like you are in a small holiday village. Surrounded by native bush, you will love the sounds of the kookaburras and other native birds in the area. One of the best bay beaches is a short stroll away and we are just a short drive to over 50 wineries, most with fabulous restaurants. The highly acclaimed Peninsula Hot Springs are just 20 minutes away. The area is also close to great shopping, markets selling local produce art galleries and an abundance of outdoor activities.
