The apartment itself is accessible by a lift from the ground floor level as well as stairs, it currently sleeps facilitate 6 people. The building sits right in the heart of the Nelson Bay township. The Apartment is conveniently located within a short walking distance to the D'albora Marina, local restaurants, cafes, pubs, boutiques, and specialty shops and sits within a 5-minute walk to Fly point family friendly beach. Park the car and let the family holiday or couples get-away begin! Complete with a smart TV and free wi-fi access, this apartment is well suited for all seasons, family compositions, couples retreats and all generations. There is a rear balcony where you can sit on the outdoor setting, enjoying a BBQ meal, on a hot summer's night, taking in the coolness of the sea breeze, whilst overlooking Nelson Bay, and filtered water views beyond.
