Featuring ceiling fans in the living and dining area, and new carpet and blinds throughout, this unit offers practical comfort. In the spacious bathroom you’ll find a shower and separate bath, with the toilet in a separate WC. The laundry is complete with a washing machine. The fenced pet-friendly yard leads out to the lake and your own private jetty! The single lock up garage offers a secure space to store your car.
