Le Lavandou is a Boutique 3 storey walk-up complex in the heart of Broadbeach and is just a short stroll to the Alfresco dining area of Broadbeach. Our Gold Coast family accommodation is also located within easy walking distance of Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, Patrolled Surf Beaches, Jupiter's Casino and the Gold Coast Convention Centre. The heart of Surfers Paradise is just a 30 minute walk away, or a 5 minute tram ride. Broadbeach North Light Rail Station is situated at the end of the street a 3 - 4 minute walk from Le Lavandou.
