You will be evicted if this rule is broken. Where will I be? Lemon Tree Cottage is an easy 5 minute drive to Kangaroo Valley, or 25 minutes to the Southern Highlands. Why choose Lemon Tree Cottage? Each room at Lemon Tree Cottage has individual character, boasting luxury and comfort. Spend summer evenings on the verandah, or curl up in the living room with the log burner in the winter. Nestled in 11 acres of native bushland, flowing creeks and an abundance of Australian flora and fauna are all on your doorstep! How is the property laid out? Lemon Tree Cottage is all on one level. There are two king bedrooms and one room with a king single bed. The bathroom has a claw foot bath with a separate shower. The well-equipped kitchen has a dining area and the doors to the verandah make dining outside easy! WiFi, Internet, Netflix, or Pay TV - will I have it? Complimentary WiFi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Please note that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If Wi-Fi is important, please therefore always have a back up plan.

Surrounded by beautiful escarpments, Kangaroo Valley is a historic town just two hours from Sydney.
