Fabulous location, a 200-metre scenic walk to the lighthouse, beaches, the Clarence River, restaurants, and charming Yamba Village. This 2-bedroom townhouse, opposite the lighthouse, has been beautifully renovated to create a spacious and stylish living area with new kitchen and timber floors. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms with the master bedroom having a sliding glass door entrance to a small pebbled fenced in courtyard. A delightful travertine bathroom is located on this level. About the location: Situated at the top of the hill close to the Lighthouse, Turners and Main Beach with its famous Ocean Rock Pool, and Convent Beach. You also have the choice of any of the other beautiful beaches in Yamba - Pippi Beach, Lovers Point, Whiting Beach, or a little further out is Angourie with Green Point, Blue Pools, Spooky’ s Beach. Choose from fishing and water sports on the Clarence River or Lake Wooloweyah. Park the car and walk to gift stores, boutiques, grocery stores, cafes, bars, and restaurants in Yamba's Main Street. Take in a meal and entertainment at the Golf or Bowling Clubs. For those rainy or lazy days, you could catch at movie at Yamba Cinema which is located just above the main street in Yamba.
