Immerse yourself in the coastal charm of LingaLonga, a spellbinding holiday rental nestled in the quiet haven of Hawks Nest. A wonderfully designed, four level townhouse with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a carport, close to the safe haven of Jimmy’s Beach and a short walk to the shops of Hawks Nest. Overlooking the parkland reserve attached to Jimmy’s beach, an afternoon swim is only a short stroll across the road or enjoy a leisurely walk to the ‘Shops’ to buy your morning paper and croissants for breakfast. Open plan kitchen and dining areas flow out onto an enclosed courtyard with access to rear parking. Outdoor dining for six and a Gas BBQ makes entertaining a breeze. Important Points -Garage not available for guest bookings. -You need to BYO sheets, pillows cases and all of your towels. -Strict no party or function policy. -Windows can only be opened 12cm due to Strata NSW legislation/limiters. -This is not a serviced apartment, you will need to bring your own food, amenities and toiletries etc. -Advertisement may include scenery images of our area.
