Welcome to Magnetic Diamond, our unique and quiet chalet at The Canopy in Nelly Bay, Magnetic Island. This is our warm, holiday home filled with everything you may need, and we welcome you to share this amazing space, and escape the busy city. As soon as you enter the grounds, you will feel peaceful as soon as you enter the grounds. Suitable space for couples, or a small family. We have a sofa bed for children, which will incur a linen fee if required. If it is a child sharing with a parent, do not select the child option. We do also have a port-a-cot, with basic linen only. You will need to message me to have this made available for you. The grounds have a lagoon pool, and large BBQ area. Landscaped gardens bring birds to gaze upon, and you will even find bumble bees buzzing through the hibiscus. Our chalet is fully furnished, equipped with games, books, pool noodles, towels, and linen and basic cleaning items for you. Whilst we suggest escaping technology in this serene location, we do also have a TV, movies, wifi, Netflix and speaker bar for you to stay cosy and entertained inside. As a timber ‘A’ frame home, the bedroom is a spacious loft, overlooking the living area of the apartment below. The high raking ceilings and windows fill the room with light and a gorgeous afternoon breeze off the ocean. The apartment looks upon the walk in lagoon pool, gardens and sun lounges. Some basic policies: - property must be left in a tidy state when checking out. - all rubbish is to be taken to the outside green bins. - all dishes are to be clean or in the dishwasher 'on cycle'. - no house property, including towels is to leave the property. - no smoking in the house or indoor screen patio please. - no excessive noise, or loud noise/music past dark. - damage, or excessive cleaning fee's will be charged. - onsite management is present if any issues arise for you or you need urgent help.

Hi, I am Tess, and I have a beautiful daughter Frankie. We are a small family who hope to share our new holiday home with you! Whilst I live away, I have family near by should you ever require assistance. Please don't hesitate to contact me.

You will be just walking distance to the beach, supermarket, bottle shop, pharmacy and some of Magnetic Islands best restaurants and wine bar of the area. The local bus stop is right out the front. For those of you that may be on a working holiday we have wifi that reaches the pool area, but also a tropical communal work space ‘The Jungle Club’ is at the end of the street. I have some guide books inside so you can check out what the island has to offer. To get around, there is a bus stop literally out the front to get everywhere for just some gold coins. Beam scooters also are situated across the island should you not wish to bring or hire a car or moped. **Please note that this is a quiet, residential and family space. We do not permit smoking inside or in patio. If you choose to smoke please do so outside and clean up butts. We do not permit parties or excessive noise at night. Onsite management will address issues
