Vintage Studio/ granny fiat style accomodation with large bedroom, own living area, large bathroom, laundry, and kitchenette. The studio is attached to the main house. however has private separate access, own bathroom, own living area, own kitchenette & own laundry. Car parking onsite. Kitchenette has pod coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, cups, cutlery, plates, fridge, tea, coffee facility complimentary, soft, drink and Tim Tams. The kitchenette does not have a stove or oven or cooking facility. The bathroom has bath large shower, double sink, Towels And complimentary shampoo and conditioner. The living area has a two seater lounge and a 32 inch smart TV. The bedroom has a queen size bed, two seater lounge, Chest drawers, clothes rack, bedside tables. Please note the hosts will be living onsite in the main house.

We are a husband and wife team with our beautiful baby girl living on the amazing Gold Coast. We love the Gold Coast and can offer some great tips on where to visit and dine. We enjoy meeting new people, good food, good music, good conversations and of course the prestine beaches of the Gold Coast. In our spare time you will find us usually at the beach or enjoying some delicious food at a local restaurant. If there is anything we can assist with let us know

The house is centrally located in Southport. Close to public transport, shopping centres, 7 minutes from the beach and 8 minutes from surfers Paradise. The neighbourhood is a safe quiet area with lots of greenery, parks, walk ways birds and locals. and the best part about it is we are super close to the golden beaches of the gold coast
