This apartment in the "Mirage" resort offers a tranquil getaway with luxury resort facilities, and 100m from the beach! Showcasing park and lake views, this apartment features tree bedrooms (1 queen, 1 double and 2 single beds), two bathrooms, one car space, separate laundry, built in robes, well equipped central kitchen, reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fans, private front balcony, and a light and airy feel. Set back from the road, there is no road noise; instead you can hear the birds singing and surrounding lush gardens and palm trees swaying. The kitchen is complete with quality appliances, plenty of bench space, and a large peninsula with room for seating. Open to the kitchen, the expansive living and dining area flows out to the covered balcony, ideal for entertaining. Two of the bedrooms are serviced by the main bathroom with full sized bathtub and separate toilet. Situated away from the living area, the master bedroom has a private ensuite, leafy views and air conditioning. Enjoy access to resort facilities including a large lagoon pool, spa, 15-meter lap pool and communal BBQ area, gym, sauna, playground, ½ court basketball and full-size tennis court, with easy access to Nelson Park & Alex beach. Located only 100m to the Alex beach, the Alex surf club with its million-dollar beachfront position, a variety of boutique restaurants and cafes, parks and children's playgrounds are all within easy walking distance. Mooloolaba and Maroochydore are within a few minutes' drive and the Sunshine Coast airport is only 10 minutes away.
