Situated on Booner Street, you are within walking distance to restaurants, shops and the main Surf Beach. This three-bedroom townhouse, with an open plan living area which flowing out into the fenced private garden. There is no better place than Tea Gardens/ Hawks Nest, a refreshingly clean and relaxing destination. Along with its gorgeous scenery, there is so much offered, beaches, snorkelling, land based and boat-based fishing, a beachfront 18-hole golf course, bush-walks, four-wheel drive or just relax. This property has some comfortable features making for a great stay in the ‘Magic Square’ one of Hawks Nest, a highly desired area. Important Points -You need to BYO sheets, pillows cases and all of your towels. -Strict no party or function policy. -Windows can only be opened 12cm due to Strata NSW legislation/limiters. -This is not a serviced apartment, you will need to bring your own food, amenities and toiletries etc. -Advertisement may include scenery images of our area.
