Welcome to Dolphin’s Leap! You’re going to feel totally spoilt as soon as you walk in the door with a soaring foyer, superbly appointed kitchen, comfy lounge, big screen TV and resort style swimming pool. That’s if there’s time for television of course – this location is perfect for water sports – bring the SUP and the kayak. This beautiful, architecturally designed home has four huge bedrooms, three bathrooms and two lounge rooms. The central heart of the home is dominated by a stunning curved staircase with timber treads and wrought iron balustrading which also surrounds the incredible mezzanine, affording towering windows on the oceanside of the home. Then of course there are two superb outdoor entertaining areas, one downstairs, one upstairs. A spacious and well appointed Granite kitchen services the down stairs living areas including family, dining, meals and access to that private alfresco area. Upstairs, a good size wet bar services the big games area, complete with pool table and a separate lounge with access to the large ocean front balcony.
