We are a retired couple living at the rear of the property. While your privacy is respected, we will happily provide you with any information required to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Throughout your stay we can be contacted via text message or come to our front door and knock for assistance.
Beverley Tce is a quite cul-de-sac street with local traffic only . The Swan River parklands and walking trials are situated 300 metres walk to the end of Beverley Tce for river access. DFO and Costco are a short 5 min drive. 150 metres to the bus stop, and a short 3 min drive to Guildford Train station. The Swan Valley Wineries, Cafes and many restaurants including tourists attractions are 10 mins away. Historical Guildford is close-by , 2 minutes by car, with Antique shops, Plant Nurseries, Cafes, fine dining restaurants and many interesting little shops to explore. Domestic Airport is 5 mins, International is 8 mins , Bus stop located 200 metres away. Lunch bar selling basics , such as milk bread and lunches 130 metres Guildford Train station 2.5 kms.
