Very stylish 2 Floor apartment in amazing area, close to shopping and cafe street. Bedroom is on the first floor, and kitchen and living room with terrace on the second floor. 2 bathrooms. Amazing view from terrace. And in the evening you can see how bat-foxes fly home, wonderful view.

This conveniently located Townhouse is just off High Street which is full of restaurants and cafes. It has city views and a large balcony. Public transport is at your door step, with cinemas and parks with in walking distance.
My passion is with my business being the Plaza Deli in Northcote. I am a people person and being lucky to have the Northcote Penthouse available to rent, I aim to make sure each guest is well taken care of.
Northcote has a strong feeling of community, with neighborhood festivals and artistic activities held all year round. The suburb is known for its bike culture, but it also has great public transportation options, including trams, buses, cafes, cinemas, restaurants, trams and railway stations all within close proximity.
