the property was located in a private location with minimal people around. the property lived up to its pictures and felt as good as it looks. they have really thought of everything, we just needed to take our food and drinks.

It’s on the water in a very peaceful area in Noosa. The view is amazing! The room itself is super modern and clean with massive windows that you can open to enjoy the breeze and the beautiful view from all angles.

Kane is such a fantastic host and went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay. This is such a unique and stunning accomodation experience that trumps any hotel stay. It is very close to all the action on Hastings Street, but far enough away to have absolute privacy and seclusion. The room is perfectly fitted out and comes with everything you need for water based adventures. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough, we hope to return again soon.

Location, location. Rather than a room in a resort looking at the water, why not stay on the water? This room was a little oasis. Everything you could need provided and the host was warm and friendly, will definitely be returning.

Such a unique property in the most beautiful and peaceful location! So comfortable with lots of thoughtful inclusions including coffee, fishing rods, snorkels, kayaks, paddle boards, Bluetooth speaker, sunscreen, beach towels - even a ukulele! We had a wonderful relaxing time, and so close to walk to Hastings Street for restaurants and shops, and loved the amazing sunsets from the deck. Kane was an amazing host, so helpful and kind, and thoughtfully added some local beers into the fridge for my husband’s birthday :)
