Fantastic ocean views in central location. Entire 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit on the third (top) floor via 3 sets of stairs, no lift. Reverse cycle air conditioner in the lounge room to keep you cool in summer, and warm in winter. Large kitchen with combined living and dining, with east facing balcony with vast ocean views. Located within easy walk to town and a few steps to Kings beach or boardwalk to Happy Valley. Sleeps 6 people in 2 queen and 2 single beds in 3 bedrooms. Linen provided, equipped kitchen with amenities, washing machine and dryer, single car garage, downstairs storeroom for surfboards, bikes, etc.
Hi I am Rob, my wife Jo and I moved to the Sunshine Coast in 2010 to raise our children and we absolutely love the relaxed coastal lifestyle and the charming village atmospheres of the hinterland towns. I hope enjoy our holiday home as much as we do.
The apartment is located at a quiet spot between the bustling patrolled Kings Beach and the kiddy heaven of Happy Valley playground. The restaurant scene of the Esplanades in Caloundra is a short walk away. A back gate from the apartment guest car park leads you directly to the boardwalk to Bulcock Beach, a section of the breathtaking Sunshine Coast Coastal Pathway. Our favourite breakfast bar on the beach is only a 2 minute stroll from the apartment, and the fabulous pub meal at Caloundra Hotel is a 5 minute walk around the corner.
