The contemporary architecturally designed complex is secured by an electric gate, it also has a beautiful communal infinity pool and heated spa just perfect to watch those amazing sunsets. There is direct walking access to the surf beach and park or a quick three-minute drive to One Mile Beach which is surf patrolled and has a kiosk. There are fantastic walking trails all around the area for those who like to explore the coastline and experience the flora and fauna of the National Park. One Mile Ridge has stunning polished timber floors throughout, the townhouse offers three-bedrooms and two bathrooms all spread over three levels. The air conditioned open plan living area has glass sliding doors that open out onto the large balcony which offers an outdoor lounge area and gas BBQ cooking facilities. As this townhouse is located at the end of the driveway it is quiet and has a real calming feel with expansive views over the parklands and Boat Harbour. The main bedroom is on the upper level and has a split system air conditioner, ceiling fan, private balcony with water views and ensuite with shower over bath, toilet and vanity. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay Parking - 1 Single undercover car space The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation 40 days before arrival.
