Property information

This fabulous 2 storey home features modern touches throughout. The best part is it's in one of the most sought-after streets in Hawks Nest. Situated in the perfect family friendly location, with all the features needed for a great holiday, this home has so much to offer as well as being close to beaches, shops and golf course. This 3-bedroom townhouse has its own private courtyard, great for the family BBQ. Only a short walk to the surf beach and shops. Open plan living areas with practical well-equipped kitchen complete with lots of cupboard space and dishwasher. Three bedrooms upstairs with built in robes, the main has an ensuite. A second bathroom is centrally located with a lovely bath, as well as a modern shower and vanity, while the toilet is separate. Double garage with bikes and body boards for your use. Important Points -Ducted AC upstairs, Split system AC downstairs. -No Wi-Fi. -You need to BYO sheets, pillows cases and all of your towels. -Strict no party or function policy. -Windows can only be opened 12cm due to Strata NSW legislation/limiters. -This is not a serviced apartment, you will need to bring your own food, amenities and toiletries etc.
