This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone service is available for in house guest emergencies. Property keys will be found in a lockbox at the property, and you will be sent an SMS once the property is ready with the lockbox code. Arrivals are after 15.00 hours, and check-out is before 10.00 hours. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged with prior approval and is subject to availability.

This stylish, 2 bedroom holiday villa is only a stroll away from the Ningaloo Aquarium and Visitor Centre, Ross Street Mall and many eateries in Exmouth. The fully air-conditioned unit with a loft and a raked ceiling sleeps up to 5 guests, provides access to Wi-Fi and is the perfect choice to accommodate your friends or family. Downstairs: Open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area. Kitchen equipped with an electric cook top, a dishwasher and a large fridge. Bedroom1 with a Tri-bunk (double bed on bottom and single on top). Family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Laundry facilities. Upstairs: Bedroom 2 - an open style loft area with a Queen bed. Outdoors: Enjoy the beautiful weather Exmouth has to offer and dine alfresco in the undercover entertainment area with a barbeque. Parking space for two cars OR a car and boat up to 7m in length. Communal pool for the Osprey Holiday Village Complex. Please note this is a conjoined unit and access is only available on the right-hand side.

Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle by walking to shops and eateries. Exmouth is the ideal location for a leisurely stroll or bicycle ride. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required in advance. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. The taxi service caters for general transport needs, however a visit to the scenic Cape Range N.P and the many beautiful beaches will require a private vehicle or joining a day tour. Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year; we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, as early as possible to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes, and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.
