Property information

A 3 bedroom villa in a popular complex which features a swimming pool, boat ramp, bbq, private jetty and riverfront gazebo. The double bedroom downstairs has front garden views. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a queen bed and there are two singles in the second bedroom. There is another double bed in the upstairs sitting room, which has river views from the balcony. Your villa has a private courtyard ,and its own laundry with dryer. The large double lock-up garage provides secure parking for your vehicle and tinnie. Pelicans Eleven is an easy, laid-back family villa with plenty of room, and heaps of things for the family to do. Linen is not provided. Blankets, doonas and covers, mattress and pillow protectors & pillows are supplied but you must not forget to pack your own sheets, pillow slips and towels! Key collection is from the office located at Shop 5/42-44 Charles St Iluka from 2pm Monday to Friday. For those arriving after 5pm or on Saturday and Sunday, you will need to collect keys from the key safe located on the side of our office at the above address.
