Very centrally located in the heart of Victor, the home has been thoughtfully designed with excellent areas to both entertain and relax being a major priority. Upstairs the fabulous open plan family meals area opens out to a massive balcony (6.5m x 5.5m) that affords the stunning views over the Bay, Granite Island, City lights and the Coorong sand dunes in the distance. The modern kitchen includes a new double door fridge, dishwasher, breakfast bar and huge storage pantry. The spacious master bedroom suite (upstairs) features an extra-large walk-in robe, ensuite and separate powder room with 3rd w/c. Downstairs is a second living area, second and third bedrooms both with built in robes, second bathroom and separate laundry. Other features of the property include: Queen size bed in main bedroom Double bunk in both bedrooms downstairs (i.e., double bed on bottom and single on top) TVs – big screens upstairs living and downstairs living. Three toilets Dishwasher Air-conditioning (upstairs and downstairs) Gas BBQ Washing machine Modern decor throughout the home, new furniture, quality fittings and reverse cycle air conditioning upstairs and down make this house very comfortable for your perfect holiday. Outside there is a huge area for under croft car parking and/or games area for the kids. The back yard is fully enclosed with 1.8m Colorbond fencing – making it perfect for all sizes of dogs! Bedding Configuration 3 Bedrooms: One Bedroom with one Queen size bed Two Bedrooms – Double/Single bunk The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied. Please note that the property sleeps up to 6 adults only (the top bunk beds are not suitable for adults).

The Beach House on Seaview is a 'stone throw' away from the walking track which goes from Encounter Bay to Goolwa. Providing walkers, runners and cyclists with the opportunity to take in the views from Pt Elliot and Middleton along the way.
