Property information

This property is strictly no parties or functions. AUD 1000 security bond is payable on or before key collection, keys will not be provided until this is paid. Security bonds are held in trust and refunded within 7 days of your departure to your nominated bank account. Please note if a termination is warranted due to failure of adhearing to the terms and conditions of your stay including the quiet hours policy the security bond will not be refunded. Please don’t forget to pack your flat and fitted bed sheets, pillow slips and towels. There is no linen hire service in Iluka! The closest option to find them once you get all the way into town is over an hour round trip back out to Yamba or Maclean and there's nothing worse than getting to your destination property after a long day driving only to realise that you have to go back out to try and buy your own bed linen! Blankets, doonas and covers, mattress and pillow protectors & pillows are supplied but you must not forget to pack your own sheets, pillow slips and towels!
