This delightful, two-bedroom unit that is newly renovated with comfort in mind with Unlimited Wi-Fi and smart TV. Sit back and relax with the sounds of the rolling waves hitting the white sands of Shoal Bay Beach straight in front of you. Located on the third floor with beautiful views looking directly out the headlands and all the way to Shoal Bay. Spacious open plan living area with a front balcony and back balcony, perfect to allow the sea breeze to flow throughout the unit. The living area features a ceiling fan, flat screen Smart TV with a HD-MI cable provided, DVD player, games, and books. This unit has a no BBQ policy in place internally or externally. Should this policy be disregarded there will be extra cleaning/ damage charges. Free public BBQ's are available in nearby public picnic areas. This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation 40 days before arrival.
