Unit 5 Quarterdeck is ideal for a couple wanting a romantic getaway or a small family looking to be centrally located close to town with the bonus of having spectacular water views. There is an open plan living/ dining area offers a TV, DVD Blu-ray and surround sound stereo system. The kitchen is fully equipped with complete cooking facilities, microwave, dishwasher and a large fridge/ freezer. The bedroom is large enough to fit a port-a-cot and it also has a ceiling fan and the second TV. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity and there is an external shared laundry with washing machine and dryer (both coin operated). The convenience of having a single undercover car space literally at your doorstep, so you can park the car and walk to the water's edge or shops as you are just 200 metres from Nelson Bay Beach which is perfect for young children with calm water, picnics and BBQ's. Follow the foreshore for just another 500 metres and you are in the heart of town and the marina where you have a variety of restaurants, bars, clubs, cafes and shops. Sheets and towels are not provided at the property, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no pets and
