Just a 4-minute drive from the soft white sands of Scarborough Beach, Rancho Relaxo is a 3-bedroom house. The fully furnished, self-contained home features 2 bathrooms. The spacious 2-story home is ideally located to access public transport, shops and parks. Brighton Beach is just 2.5 km away, where you can enjoy surfing, swimming, fishing and kite flying. Perth CBD (Central Business District) is a 15-minute drive away. Fremantle is a 30-minute drive away. The house features a fully equipped kitchen (with a fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher) and laundry facilities including a washing machine and clothes dryer. All linen is provided. There is outdoor parking for 2 cars. There is a BBQ on the verandah. This fully furnished, three bedroom, two bathroom, self-contained home is perfect for extended stays, particularly for families migrating or relocating to Perth, visiting relatives or for corporate stays. Rancho Relaxo has such a relaxed and comfortable feel as soon as you open the front door. This home offers space and privacy and is excellent for workers sharing, adults holidaying together or families with children. This two storey home is located just a short walk from public transport, shops, parks and excellent schools. It is fully furnished, self-contained and includes linen, kitchen and laundry facilities. There is enough parking for two motor cars in front of the locked garage (garage not for the guest use). Brighton Beach and Scarborough Beach are just 2.5kms down the road. With soft white sand and free of rocks and reefs, this makes these beaches an idyllic setting for kids. Our beaches are great for all types of water sports including surfing, swimming and fishing, as well as kite and wind surfing in the afternoon when the sea breeze is up.
