Recently renovated home in great location one street down from Bridge Road with a wonderful partially covered back yard for lounging around. Cleanliness is my top priorities and the property a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. You can enjoy one of the best active and buzzing suburbs in Melbourne right next to CBD. With the MCG, Trams, Train stations, Pubs, restaurants, parks, supermarkets & Epworth Hospital all within minutes. CBD is literally minutes by Tram or train . There is also a bath so ideal if you have young ones (Cot & Highchair available upon request.) & a large sized lounge room and master bedroom with a luxurious King Size Bed and the second bedroom has a very comfortable Queen size. Coles is on the same street & cafe a few doors down for a morning coffee don't forget the farmers Market at the end of the street on Saturdays. Kitchen & Laundry are fully equipped, condiments included with all the required cleaning & cooking utensils / equipment, nutribullets and toastie makers etc For those into fitness or sports I have a Table Tennis, skate boards and basketballs. The back yard is dated but still clean very comfortable and a great chill out area. 3 new Split system Aircon Units, Google chrome cast, PS3, Netflix or Stan, washing machine and clothes dryer all at your disposal. I use a digital lock to make check in and access a breeze. The lounge has a very comfortable King Living lounge suite that in part can convert to a very comfortable King Single bed and still keep the lounge functional during the day without having to fold it away as you would with typical sofa beds. I can also provide a fold away bed which is only suitable for children and not adults or larger children.
The house has been in our family for more than several decades and has been recently renovated. My goal is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and am happy to entertain special requests where possible. I provide milk, tea coffee both instant and peculated and condiments if you would like to cook. My goal is to achieve a 10/10 on average for my reviews and I work hard to do anything I can to make your stay a great one.
Definitely one of the best streets in Melbourne. For those sporting and event enthusiast the MCG and Rod Laver and AAMI park are a short walk away and for those wanting to explore Melbourne CBD the city is within walking distance or a just minutes by tram and the tram stop is only one street away. Coles Supermarket, Di Marias Grocers and various food vendors are just at the end of the street at the Richmond Traders building (corner Cameron St and Church St) For a quick coffee or snack Warm hug café is just on the corner or I enjoy coffee’s from Riche Café 189 Bridge Road & their Poke Bowl is one of my all-time favourite dishes When eating out there is so much to choose from with many pubs and restaurants all within walking distance., Bridge Road and surrounds have many options and different cuisines For those who like to be active, at the end of the street (Left when leaving the house) there is an oval, dog park, basketball courts and outside gym equipment and a farmers market (on Saturday mornings). There is also a leisure centre on the other side of the oval.
