The home is positioned amongst manicured grounds that back onto a reserve, giving our guests access to the gorgeous Camden Haven River to enjoy an array of water sports or for the keen fisherman alike. For your added convenience there is an additional bathroom downstairs when enjoying this space and an outdoor shower has been designed for those sandy days at the beach to rinse off. There is ample parking space as you come onto the property, allowing for a boat or additional car parking. There is a single undercover carport and storage is available for surfboards, kayaks and bikes. The heart of North Haven's shopping and dining strip is close by to indulge in the local cuisine. Take a walk or bike ride along the river, along the break wall all the way to North Haven Beach. There are many picnic tables and spots to enjoy along the way, pelicans, dolphins playing and spotting the resident grey nurse sharks along the break wall.
