Surrounded by lovely gardens brimming with mature trees and shrubs, this enchanting Rosebud escape is the perfect place to call home for your next trip to Mornington. As soon as you walk through the door, you’ll instantly feel a sense of calm thanks to a neutral colour palette, dark wood tones, polished floorboards, exposed brick and soaring, beamed ceilings. A free-flowing layout houses the living and dining areas. Sit here and relax with a good book in the warm glow of the Coonara, wood-burning fireplace or make your way outside to the expansive, fenced backyard—perfect for those travelling with pets. Stock up on groceries and cook meals in the full kitchen—offering plenty of bench space and all the essentials—or make use of the gas BBQ. An alfresco dining set encourages meals outside with the group (with a glass of crisp Prosecco in hand of course), while a table inside caters to meals undercover in the cooler months. A second lounge room at the rear of the house offers two comfortable couches, a TV, PlayStation and split-system heating and cooling. Rest easy in three well-sized, light-filled bedrooms all equipped with black-out blinds and built-in wardrobes to store your belongings. Snuggle up in the queen-sized first bedroom under the gentle breeze of the ceiling fan. Bedroom two features a double bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids offering a bunk bed. The bathroom offers dual access from the hallway and first bedroom. It’s fit with a bath and shower—great for families with young children—plus a separate water closet. You’ll have access to in-unit laundry with a washer, basin iron and ironing board. There are four car parking spaces under the carport, additional street parking available and plenty of space beyond the secure front gate to park boats and trailers. A highchair and porta cot (bring your own linen) can be supplied for the littlest holidaymakers.

The lovely seaside town of Rosebud lies on Victoria’s stunning Mornington Peninsula, roughly an hour’s drive from Melbourne’s city centre. This popular holiday spot offers countless outdoor activities with beaches, golf courses and scenic walks. Start the day with a walk to Lawson Dog Park with your furry friend, before making your way to the foreshore for a coffee at The Hideout. Relax at the beach or pick your own strawberries at Sunny Ridge Farm and brunch at local favourite Merchant & Maker. Hit the highest point on the peninsula following the easy 1.8km circuit walk to Arthur's Seat, then enjoy a dip in Rosebud’s calm, sheltered waters. Don’t miss an afternoon of relaxation at nearby Peninsula Hot Springs.
