Featuring a gas fireplace with a 106cm HD TV with a spacious open plan, living dining and galley kitchen. The living area opens out to a private balcony with the stunning views of the Hepburn Mineral Springs. Walk into your king size bedroom with its own TV and take a bath in our sumptuous free standing stone soaker bath. Split system heating/cooling throughout, underfloor heating in the bathroom, heated towel rail and electric blanket with dual controls. Walking distance to the Hepburn Bathhouse, Surley Goat and the wonderful Palais Theatre to name a just a few.
