Property information

Light and Bright, this lovely beach house offers loads of space with 2 good sized living areas and 3 bedrooms. The modern kitchen ticks all the boxes with induction cooktop, Bosch dishwasher and electric oven, overlooking the BBQ area and yard, which is really well fenced to keep littlies and well-behaved dogs, safe and sound. (Please refer below for T&C's in regard to bringing dogs). The garden has been landscaped and now has a lovely grass area with the veggie garden and fruit trees around the side of the home but still very accessible and you are welcome to enjoy the seasonal produce. The lemon tree is unbelievable - loaded with huge lemons and the owners welcome you to take as many as you like, they can't keep up with them. The house is comfy all year round with good central heating plus aircon in the living areas, and also the main bedroom. The front living area has a TV, comfy lounges and a gas log fire in the living area adding to its ambience. The main bathroom has a bath, separate shower and vanity, with the toilet being separate. The laundry has a front-loading washing machine, dryer and of course there is an external clothesline. A long side drive leads to the rear of the property and a carport. Please note that there is another side drive where the owner sometimes leaves his caravan (it's out of the way and won't be any problems) - the garage is locked for owner's use only but there is a good carport and plenty of room in the long driveway for at least 3 - 4 cars. LINEN: - BYO bed linen (sheets, pillowcases, doona covers, towels, bathmats & tea towels) Please contact our office to check correct bedding information or arrange linen hire. - Linen hire available by prior arrangement (you can order as an extra when you place a booking) - Bedding: 2 Queen beds, both with queen doonas, and 2 Single beds plus 1 Single trundle a

Located in a lovely quiet court right next to a small children's playground and within 300m to the new Lonsdale Links golf course, with the beach also not too far away - there is something for everyone.
