Modern four bedroom home, comprising of two storeys, the huge living area is fully tiled and tastefully furnished featuring its own private courtyard with a comfortable outdoor setting. This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom two storey holiday home is fantastic family or group accommodation. The main bedroom is nice and spacious and has a queen sized bed with built-ins and up market furnishings as well as a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has two single beds, the third contains a queen sized bed, and the fourth bedroom has a double bunk. All bedrooms have built-ins and are fully furnished. The unit features its very own private courtyard off the front of the lounge room with a very comfortable outdoor setting which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the afternoon as you peacefully watch the sun set. Or indulge in a delicious BBQ and enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze. The open plan living area looks out onto your own private courtyard and features glass sliding doors which let the fresh ocean breeze flow through. Important Points -Linen Supplied, you need to bring your own toiletries etc. -No Wi-Fi. -Windows can only be opened 12cm due to Strata NSW legislation/limiters.
