Solaire has been operating since 2006. All apartments have a Free allocated undercover carpark & free unlimited wifi.

Property information

All apartments will be equipped with Smart TV's & free unlimited wifi. We are located in the heart of Surfers Paradise & are on the edge of Budds Beach, so you can enjoy the sunrise at the famous Surfers Paradise beaches or the sunset at the river. Our 2 bedroom Standard apartments are located on the lower levels (1-2 levels above the ground)and have city / street views with glimpses of the ocean. They are all fully equipped with a large balcony. Our 2 Bedroom Upper Floor apartments offer the same facilities as the standard apartments. These are located from level 7 upwards (3 levels above ground) & offer balconies with river and or sea views. Our 1 bedroom + study apartments are very spacious & can sleep 4 people. They have a study area that has bedding & which is separate to the living area & the main bedroom. These apartments have garden views & a balcony. They do not have sea views. Our 1 bedroom Deluxe apartments are very spacious & can sleep 2 people. They have a main bedroom and a large study area with a desk. These apartments have garden views & a balcony. They do not have sea views. The Sub-penthouse apartment is located 18 floors above the ground level and boasts a large living area and stunning views of the ocean, river and the city. It is equipped with a spa bath and a large balcony. Our fabulous indoor heated pool & spa are located on the 13th floor and offer spectacular views over Surfers.

Neighbourhood information

We are located in the heart of Surfers Paradise. The shops & Cypress Ave Tram stop are 100m away, with the beach being a short 200m away. Coles Supermarket is 100m down the road & Cavil Mall is a 7-10 minute walk. We recommend the following: Bumbles Café at Budds Beach (5 minute walk) great for breakfast, lunch & desserts Alfresco's Italian Restaurant (10-15minute walk) great for dinner Chiangmai Thai Restaurant (5 minute walk) great for dinner Charis Seafood great for the freshest seafood on the coast. View Café at Hinze Dam ( 30 minute drive) great for breakfast & lunch & a day out. Seafood Trawlers located just before Seaworld for fresh prawns off the boat.
