Fantastic location for a getaway or a work stay. Located only a few steps from Dee Why beach and restaurants. Currently the building is undergoing renovations and there is no access to the balcony and meshing is installed as per the photos. Work is carried out Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm. There is no work during the weekends. During the renovations there is no parking on site.
Located in the heart of Dee Why beach, close to restaurants, shops and the famous Dee Why point surf beach. Easy connection to Dee Why town centre or Sydney city via express bus.
