Situtated on the first floor of a secure building, this welcoming unit is on the popular Marine Parade in the heart of The Entrance and just across the road from the beach. Take in the views and the breezes from the balcony or while sitting on the lounge relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing or beach swimming. This 2 bedroom unit is in walking distance to The Entrance town centre and all the amenities The Entrance has to offer: Cafes, Restaurants, Cinema, Shopping Centre, daily pelican feeding, Vera’s water garden, Saturday markets and much more. With just a short walk to the patrolled beach and The Entrance Ocean pools or a quick drive to Toowoon Bay, Blue Bay, Shelly Beach and more, you wont be short of choice for swimming or relaxing on the beach with your favourite book. The main bedroom boasts your own private court yard for the moments you want to sit and relax in the sun or have your morning cuppa. A well equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, is great when the lunch time comes around, the bathroom has a separate bath and shower making it easier to bath the kids at night, or after a fun day on the beach. The laundry features a washing machine & dryer for your convenience. Secure parking is available and you can leave the car locked up for the duration of your stay if you wish.
