Property information

A traditional Lonnie beach house, redesigned and updated but keeping true to the style of the '50's. Enjoying the lifestyle by the beach is what Sunny Daze is all about. It has generous room sizes and great retro features but all the modern amenities we love. With 3 brms the main has a queen bed & ensuite , the 2nd brm has a queen bed and the 3rd brm has 2 sets of bunks that are suitable for both adults and children. Linen and bathroom towels are provided! There is a 2nd living area with a 2nd TV, great wood heater but the main form of heating is via the ducted central heating which makes it nice and cosy in the cooler months and in the summer months there is a large airconditioner that flows through the whole house. This house is well planned for your family fur child. It is separately and well fenced out the back and out the front. Dogs are permitted for a small extra fee. Please contact the booking agent for further details.

Neighbourhood information

Sunny Daze is located near the front beach in Pt Lonsdale - close to the Health Centre and Christmas Tree. It is a short walk to Phipp's Beach and the track that can take you into the Pt Lonsdale Shopping Village or for a longer walk into Queenscliff. When the market is at Pt Lonsdale Primary School - it is only 2 minute walk away.
