Property information

Surfside Lakeviews is a stylish new two storey beach house located in the Surf Beach Estate Wetlands, just a short walk away from the main Surf Beach and minutes away from the town centre by car. Comprising four bedrooms, master upstairs with ensuite and flat screen TV. Three generous bedrooms downstairs with a full bathroom including bath and separate toilet. All Bedrooms include ceiling fans and built in robes. Does not inc linen please contact our office should you need to hire linen, no pets. Light filled upstairs open plan living/dining/kitchen with powder room, extending onto a large deck, the perfect place to unwind and have a BBQ. A further two deck areas are located at the front of the house and the rear on the ground floor. A large kitchen to cater for friends and family and two living areas with comfy leather sofas, large screen TVs and a gas log fireplace upstairs. Reverse cycle air conditioners on both levels will ensure everyone is comfortable no matter what time of year you happen to stay. Wash off the sand from a big day at the beach with the outdoor shower and enter via the fully equipped laundry. Plenty of space for the kids in the fully enclosed back yard.

Located only 1.45 hours south east of the Melbourne CBD, Inverloch's beautiful beaches and shorelines, lush rural hinterland and the community vibe are some of the aspects of appeal for visitors in any season, that has been a ritual for more than 130 years. A visit to Inverloch at any time of the year can recharge the batteries and clear the mind. Enjoy our beautiful Hinterland with boutique wineries and breweries, markets, birdwatching, bushwalking, rock platforms, whale watching, Great Southern Rail Trail, swimming, surfing, and visits to the surrounding towns.
