Property information

Swainson on Fawnbrake is a stunning Georgian home. Every space exhibits the same level of attention to detail. The outstanding architecture and ample space for the entire family are spread across two levels of family living. The ideal fusion of traditional and modern aesthetics. There is a sizable open-concept kitchen, family, and dining room on the ground floor that leads out to the outdoor space. Perfect for large family gatherings and hosting guests. The kitchen has a granite countertop, 2pac cupboards, Miele appliances, a fully integrated dishwasher, two undermount sinks, and high-quality faucets. The washing room, under-stair storage, and 4th bedroom are all located downstairs. Beautiful solid Blackbutt staircase that was custom designed and built leads to the upstairs hideaway. The ideal place to unwind, read a book, or simply sit and admire the stunning chandelier that hangs over the stairs. Overlooking the front of the house is the huge master bedroom. Talk about style! Space, balcony, a spacious walk-in closet, plush carpeting, and an en suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are on the opposite side of the hideaway. Both are of substantial size, bright, and furnished with mirror robes. The main bathroom is likewise rather large. Garage can fit 2 cars.
