I make everyone at home at Swan Guest House. I have travelled widely to many countries some of which I have lived in. A former photographer who is now working in mental health. This is Affordable, stylish and comfortable room that's lockable and has air-con, desk, fan, free wi-fi, wardrobe and your very own private ENSUITE BATHROOM. * Luxury 'Sealy' bed * Free car parking that's off the street is generally available, otherwise there is plenty of free parking on the street * Shared kitchen space with all mod-cons and appliances (cooking available for maximum of 25 mins to allow for other guests and host) * Washing Machine available to guests staying over 7 nights. Dryer will incur a minimal fee per load to be paid to host, outdoor clothes line available. * Guest basket of snacks and mineral water. * Shared lounge area with antiques and large flat screen TV * Quiet and safe location, tucked away off the street, just 6kms to the City * 'Kedron Brook' a major bus terminal is a 5 min walk, bus takes 15-20 mins to the City and Southbank * Lutwyche Shopping Centre with Coles, Aldi, Woolworths, Newsagency, Chemist and BWS is a 10 min walk * Private outdoor leafy garden setting with outdoor dining * Kedron Brook Parklands across the road with bike paths and BBQ’s * Local cafes very close-by, along with the beautifully restored Crown Hotel for meals and live music * Excellent cuisine close-by covering every price range, a 5 min drive will take you to an amazing array of restaurants in Albion and Wilston Village * Brisbane's largest shopping centre, Chermside, a 10 min bus ride * Close to Brisbane Airport for an affordable taxi or Uber
Gordon Park is Brisbane’s smallest suburb, a family oriented area with many trees and iconic Queenslanders. What is wonderful about the area is that it is still quiet and yet close to the City and everything you will need.
