The Bakers Cottage, with its retro eclectic surf style, is the perfect place to stay when you want to feel like you are stepping back into a life of one of the old mal riders of Crescent Head… soak in its charm and let its relaxed feeling flow through you… reminding you that you are no longer part of the hustle and bustle of home and will be spending the next few days surfing the point at chilling at the beach in iconic Crescent Head.
Marli the House Manager and Crescent Head local is always available to help with any house related needs. As a local she can also provide recommendations on places to eat or things to do locally - feel free to reach out to her on her mobile on via Airbnb.
Whilst you may think that a holiday home with a view is the best place to stay whilst in Crescent Head, those who know, know that the best way to enjoy this iconic beach town is actually to be on 'the flat'. This way getting around with your mates or family is easy, avoiding lugging beach gear/surfboards/children without navigating hills is ideal. Centrally located, access to all Crescent Head has to offer is at your fingertips - with easy and safety on footpaths. With the famous point and front beach just 10 mins stroll away, you can access willow street for a quick dip within 5 minutes. Fancy a dinner and drinks out - the amazing Mexican restaurant La Costa Cantina is 100 metres down the road, and the local Tavern, Country Club, Bakery, restaurants & boutiques are less than 5 mins walk. Bringing along your kids? They love a park or to ride their bike and you need to get out of the house - right across the road 300m in the opposite direction is a children's park, basketball courts and local swimming pool & gym. All of these accessible by footpaths.
