For larger groups 'The Farm House' is located on the neighboring property and is now available to be booked in conjunction with The Bird House. You will experience the most spectacular sunset views. During storm season, you will witness stunning lightning displays followed by beautiful rainbows. Most mornings you will see hot air balloons rising and drifting by in the valley. Enjoy your early morning coffee as the clouds float by to greet you. Located in the natural beauty of Tamborine Mountain. The Bird House is a leisurely drive from Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Surfers Paradise. The Bird House is a great place to unwind and reconnect with yourself, loved ones, family and friends. You will have visits from our local bird life. We have Sulphur Crest Cockatoo, Rainbow Lorikeets, King Parrots, Rosellas, Black Cockatoos and Pale Headed Rosellas. Yes, and don’t forget the Eagles, Hawks, Kookaburras and the occasional Owl that visits this Gold Coast Hinterland Accommodation.
We have lived at this property for 10 years and have recently renovated the property to provide guests with a Mount Tamborine Accomadation venue suited to large groups of families and friends.
