The GUESTHOUSE on REGENT Bed & Breakfast is a family run business situated 950m from the Beach. Set on the 1st floor of a newly renovated Queenslander style 2-storey house, the Guesthouse part of the property has its own entrance, and is totally separate to the family home. Offering rooms with shared bathrooms including a spacious outdoor patio to enjoy a drink at the end of the day with sunset views over the treetops. All guests have the full use of a separate guest kitchen (shared with other guests) for the preparation of light meals and refreshments, plus FREE on-site parking is available for one vehicle per room booked. The guesthouse also has its own laundry for guest use with washing machine and extensive outdoor clothesline area. Michelle and Atem, the owners of this family run business, live onsite so never far away if you need anything else at all during your stay.
Michelle and Atem have been accommodation hosts in Caloundra since 2018 and have been awarded superhost status several years in a row. We pride ourselves on offering clean, comfortable and affordable accommodation for all our valued guests.
Our guesthouse is situated 950 metres (10 minute walk) from the nearest beach. 2 minute walk to The Event centre and 850 metres to the shops. We are also within a 30 minute drive of all major tourist attractions including Australia Zoo, Aussie World, The Big Pineapple and the Ginger factory.
